A bit about me

I have been the lost one too.

Before HR I was a tour guide. The small tours were the ones I loved, where you spend a few days with a family and end up parting as friends.

Then I moved to the UK and became the lost one myself, learning how everything works here from scratch, the written rules and the unwritten ones. That is almost exactly how it feels to become an employer. You are capable and good at what you do, and still nobody hands you the map.
